rice with AMC Secuquick (Pressure Lid).

You can save up to 70% of your cooking time compare to traditional rice cooker. Most suitable for very very busy modern family where both parent are working.

Following are the recipes (serving size 2 to 4 people) :-

AMC Cookware Used

• AMC 20cm Unit Shallow 3L
• AMC 20cm Secuquick Softline
• AMC Audiotherm
• AMC Navigenio Infra Ray 2-in-1 Hot Plate

Ingredients

• 1 cup rice add 1 cup water, 2 cup rice add 2 cup water, 3 cup rice add 3

cup water ...and so on ...it depend on how much you want to cook.

Method

• Step 1 - Pour rice & water into the AMC cookware and cover with Secuquick Softline (Pressure Cover / Lid) and lock the knob as shown below. 

• Very important, 
• to prevent overflow, rice plus water should not fill more than half inside the cookware.
•  
• Picture above shown the Secuquick before locked. After locked, the yellow indicator in the picture above should disappear.
• Step 2 - Place the cookware on the AMC Navigenio (Hot Plate) like the picture below. On the power switch & turn the heat to Automatic mode mark "A"
• 
• Step 3 - Program the Audiotherm by press the right button once you should see "3" appear on the display of Audiotherm.
• Click the Audiotherm onto the Visiotherm (Knob) like the picture above show, rotate the Audiotherm clockwise until the "Turbo" appear on display, the pointer should point to "Turbo" window on Visiotherm (Knob). See picture below.

The bluetooth light on the Navigenio should automatically turn on. See picture above.

• The Audiotherm will alarm with "beeb" tone after few minutes when rice are ready cooked. Remove the cookware away from Navigenio (hot plate),
• Put aside and wait for the red indicator retract below the "Soft" window.

•  Note: If you don't remove the cookware away from your AMC Navigenio, it will help you to keep warm your rice at 60 degree F for 1 hours.
• Final Step (Optional) - Press the "Yellow Pressure Release Button" to make sure the pressure inside are fully released before open the pressure cover.
