Ingredient
- 2 bowl brown rice (left over from lunch)
- 100g mee sua
- 1 package white tofu
- 1 tsb shredded ginger
- 1/4 can straw mushrooms (diced)
- 2 dried black mushrooms (soaked until soft, diced)
- 30g carrots (diced) option
- 80g cabbage (diced)
- 30g preserved turnip (without leaves)
Seasoning
- Salt (just a little)
- 1 tbsp condensed vegetarian stock mushroom essence
- Sesame oil
- Ground white pepper

Method
- Add 1 litter water into AMC 24cm medium cooking pot
- Set Atmosfera 4000 heat to No. 6 small ring, when AMC Visiotherm green indicator reach 1st red (10 o'clock), place ingredients & seasoning to AMC cooking pot
